I had the deck lying around for quite a while and already have played it on some occasion. and it was a fun one every time. When looking through the deck i found surprisingly few cards that I would want to change.

Removed cards:
Assault Suit ...Personal thing, I simply don't like this card.
Sky Diamond ...why pay {2} for something an island can do?
Shaper Parasite ...from what I have learned +2/-2 or -2/+2 doesn't really make a big difference in commander.
Commander's Sphere ...drawing a single card doesn't compete with most of the carddraw-spells in here and the mana-fixing isn't realy needed.
Crown of Doom

Added cards:
Mana Drain ...provides a little more control and also boosts your mana on the next turn.
Gilded Drake ...provides some more control as it allows you to take control of an opponets creature permanently.
Roil Elemental ...provides some more control as it allows you to take control of some opponents creature for as long as the elemental stays in play.
Reliquary Tower ...simply removed an island for this but it helps you to keep al those cards in your hand that you will draw.
Spellbook ......simply removed an island for this but it helps you to keep al those cards in your hand that you will draw.
Thought Vessel ...helps you to keep al those cards in your hand that you will draw.
Blade of Selves ...Myriad in combination with e.g. Frost Titan can be a pain in the ass, not to talk about Gilded Drake...

I own all these cards and have played the deck on some occasions. Nevertheless I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to further improve this deck.

How to Play

Basically Teferi's +1 ability allows you to put cards you don't want to draw at the moment under your library. His -1 ability allows to speed up play at the beginning and keep mana free for instant actions later on. His ultimate would best be used in an planeswalker deck (Progenitus or the new 2016 commanders anyone?) but can still be of use in certain situations.
The deck features a number of strong creatures that are your finishers, the deck solely relies on beatdown from your creatures to win the game.
