Deck discussion for Thopter Production

Just curious why you used so many 1 ofs and 2 ofs?

I generally include only a few copies of non-essential high cost cards, since they are only useful later in the game, when you are more likely to draw them.
lower cost cards I include more of to insure you have something to cast early on.
On the other hand I will include four of any card that is essential for the deck no matter the cost like Mechanized Production.

This intrigues me. I'm working on building something similar, but currently the deck is at 100 cards. Have you playtested this yet? Is it consistent enough to win games? Do you only play this casually? Do you play this in Legacy tourneys, since Thopter Squadron is illegal in Modern?

I'm a Veteran Casual player, and no I don't have these cards, so I haven't played it yet, it's all theory craft.
although it looks pretty solid. Although some tribal pump like coat of arms would also do well in a deck like this.
oh you could probably drop some of the older out of modern cards in favor of more modern ones with little impact.

I built a Thopter deck with Panharmonicon in it with your creatures coming into the battlefield and producing Thopters double them is amazing.
