You have too many permanents IMO. Just over 1/3 of your deck is spells to make Melek relevant. With very little top manipulation, he will be useless 2/3 of the time. You want him to be useful at least half the time to maximize the decks potential.
Burn at the Stake is bad here since you won't have a good amount of creatures.
You also have a lot of X spells which don't work with Epic Experiment. You should either cut the experiment or some of your X spells.
You have no board wipes. You need to be able to deal with creatures better than some small 2-4 damage targetted burn spells. Cyclonic Rift, Evacuation, Chain Reaction, Blasphemous Act, Mogg Infestation, etc.
Rogue's Passage isn't very good here. The one creature you're guaranteed to have isn't going to be attacking. The few Dragonaut types would be better served playing something like Blustersquall or Turnabout to tap everything down and buff them further at the same time while also being tutorable in the colors. If you're wanting a good utility land for this slot, go with Terrain Generator for the ramp or Tower of the Magistrate to stop players from equiping things on the creatures you want to kill/steal.
You have too many CITP tapped lands IMO. The cycle lands are a pretty good idea for top manipulation and the wilds for fixing are great but the Vivids are a little too much. With only two colors and most not requiring too much of a single color investment, fixing isn't that important compared to being able to tap for mana immediately.
A Scroll Rack or Divining Top would be ideal to help with top manipulation to ensure you always have a spell on top but they may be out of budget.
I would suggest adding an Isochron Scepter. You've already got ~10 instants that it could imprint and it wouldn't hurt to add a few more when you cut out some other permanents.
I would also suggest adding Sakashima the Impostor. You can clone Melek with him and copy everything off the top twice for insane value and some added protection.
thanks for the advise, im keeping them in mind
