I don't think phytoburst will ever do much. I'd drop them altogether in favor of rancor. The trample damage will help push your poison through. Secondly, you probably have a tad too much pump/protection. I would shave some number of vines, mutagenic growth, and prey's vengeance (maybe 4/3/0 of each) for spell pierces. Hope it helps.
First off I think you should cut black all together, Plague Stinger and Septic Rats really isn't reason enough for the addition. Then you should run 4x Glistener Elf and 4x Virulent Sliver. Also Vines of the Vastwood should be a 4 of probably instead of Plague Myr and a land going to 20 or 21. Which brings me to your land, it needs to be fixed so that nothing will come into play tapped. Turns 1,2 and 3 are so crucial to this deck you can't afford to be slowed down. Ideally 4x fetch 4x Shock 4x Check lands then 5 forests and 5 Islands. Main thing being nothing coming into play tapped. If your able to 2x Inkmoth Nexus will help a lot but they're pretty expensive.
I think i fixed all of the flaws
Oh man I'm sorry. since my original post I have found out Virulent Sliver only deals one poisonous counter no matter how much damage it deals. So with this in mind you should swapthat out for Ichorclaw Myr in my opinion. As well the new card fro m Kaladesh, Blossoming Defence was tailored made for this deck and is a great improvement over Prey's Vengeance.
Fixed! thanks for bringing that to my attention. I would add blossoming defense, but maybe just to sideboard because I just want to make it as fast as possible and I think that preys vengeance does just that.
