The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

I recommend taking out blue. It will make this deck much more reliable, as it will only be three colors. Maybe add one more land, too. You definitely don't need the full 24 lands, but only 16 is pushing it. You want to at least have two lands by second turn. After that, you don't need much more for a ramp deck like this. Maybe also add a sideboard with cards like Blossoming Defense, and Withstand Death.
