You got the same problem i do, to few creatures and the things u have to counter / block small things are expensive mana wise. Try adding Grimorie thief - a 2/2 for 2 mana who is a good miller / 1/1 blocker / counterspeller :P

if u play sanity grindings plz play twin cast that is my first recommendation. honesly i played a mill deck for a long time..... i would remove time scour, memery sluice, memory erosion, forced fruition, and the nemesis of reason.....i would drop abunch of the 5 blue mana cost guys in there like overbearing of myth, ghastlord of fuge, godhead of awe, memory plunder, plumeveils,and dominus of fealty.....u hit those with sanity grinding and its big damage
You simply must use Scrib Nibbler so your opponent will feel the shame of losing to rats and crabs.
