I like your commitment to a mono blue mill deck. Too many people splash black. I would add some counter magic. I recommend deprive because it would work very nicely with your hedron crabs, and also counterspell because its just so good.

Thanks for the comment. I know I should add counter spells but the mana curve is throwing me off -_-. Deprive is something I really need to consider.
