Neat deck. I really like how it can aggro out like crazy.On the other hand though, I don't think you'll need that much draw power (4 sign in blood seems already a handful XD). I'd replace sanguimancy with the following:1. Shadow Slice (put it on intimidate creatures aaand that's going to be fun)2. Corrupt (game ender. Exactly a cent above sanguimancy, so it'd put your deck at 6.01...)I personally would go for #1 for the budget XD

I like this idea; some of my friends and I are just starting a Pauper league, decks average $15 to $20. This is an amazing deck for the price. Doesn't get much cheap than this! There is a $6 craze going around now with everyone making these lol. Do you think you might be able to look at making a budget deck around cheap legendary creatures? I can't find any lists at all online on which legendary creatures are low priced, so having a list or a deck made of them would be great.I found one deck on here: http://www.mtgvault.com/anonymister/decks/legendary-budget-10/But it only has a bunch of low priced white and blue creatures. I don't know a site to look up just cheap legendary creatures at, so any help would be so kindly appreciated on my quest to find some low cost legendaries. You are doing a great job by the way though Northy and keep on making your decks for years to come hopefully! I get on this site at least 3-4 times a week just to see the decks your making.

no, basics do not have a cost on mtgvault
In the "Card Search" part, they may. But when you're building a deck, the cost of basic lands is generally not added to the total cost. This is mainly because everyone has basic lands and they're cheaper than a Macca's Soft Serve
It depends on the set the lands are from. Generally speaking, lands from Duel Decks do not have a cost in MTGVault's system. If you're trying to get a total $ amount not including lands, specifically look for basic lands released in Duel Decks (for example, a <a href="http://www.mtgvault.com/card/mountain/EVG/ ">Mountain from the Elves VS Goblins Duel Deck</a>).
