Wow, very theme based... Coming from a more theme based player that's awesome. It does kill me though that you refered to the Amber Prison and you didn't put one in lol. If you wanted to make maybe a "less effective deck" but make it more theme based you also got cards like Mangara's Blessing, Mangara's Equity, Mangara's Tome, Mtenda Herder, Relic Ward (which they all refer to Mangara however most of them are kind of garbage... but funny never the less.http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=3240

May I be the first to point out the flaw with using Mangara as a commander....Once you use her ability, she's back into the command zone and costs 2 more mana. So every time you use her ability to exile something AND HER you have to pay even more mana to do it again
There is only a flaw if you don't have certain cards out. Example tap Mangara to exile himself and target permanent, then play Cloud Shift on Mangara. Your opponents permanent is exiled while Mangara is returned. Or you can bring Mangara back to your hand with Narrow Escape. Earning 4 health plus only have to pay Mangara;s converted mana cost to bring him back to the battlefield. Conjurers Closet unfortunately will not allow you to exploit Mangara's ability because you have to exile a target creature at the beginning of your end step, before you are able to get Mangara's ability on the stack.
@xWARxMONGERxYes. That's how it works. You can cast Mangara several times by paying only 3 mana. She is basically a 3-mana exiling spell. Unfortunately you cannot abuse her forever unless you happen to draw Erratic Portal. However, you can probably cast her enough times to be able to screw your opponents' games pretty badly.@xWARxMONGERxAlso, Conjurer's Closet isn't here for Mangara, it is here for nearly all the other creatures.
But Cloudshift would cancel her ability because it is first on the stack

NorthernWarlord, can I suggest Flickerform? You can cast it for 2 mana, then pay 4 mana to use the ability again. I think it will make Mangara's ability even more powerful.
