This looks really fun to play, but I think the tower cycle would go well in this. (Tower of Fortunes, Tower of Eons, etc.)
I don't think there is enough mana ramp here to reliably use those.
does prototype portal fit the budget? What about soul foundry? Arcbound crusher? Hellkite Tyrant the get 20 artifacts and win dargon/ the steal all the artifacts dragon? I feel atleast one of those things could go well in here. I'm also pretty sure none of them are to expensive.
Prototype Portal is actually a freaking good idea.
What about serum tank to replace the tome?

Oh and liquid metal coating so that you can destroy non artifact things easier as well as use creature activated abilities twice as much (i also have a budget mono red artifact deck, though its not quite as budget as this is I splurged on the mono red commander deck and a copy of sculpting steel)
I love the deck, but I think you can improve some of the non artifact cards with mediocre effects. Also, the burn package could use a tuning. Consider removing generator servant,, kaboomist, and stoker if nothing else. There are better cheap options out there.
i actually really like kaboomist, he is a strong defensive play. I mean he creates artifacts with activated abilities, so hes actually pretty good. Stoker is a sac engine for artifacts that gives you mana so that a thing. As for generator servant im not huge on it but its useful. What would you suggest as a replacement?
id really like some of you good deck builders to take a look at animars neverending prophecies the cards i dont own are in the mail crazy thing is that it is a good budget deck
