Black should be one of the colors, if you make it a multicolor deck. Bonesplinters, Drivers of the Dead and Black Cat could be a start :)

Blood artist is good with the aforementioned cards as well as fumespitter, mortarpod, and skirsdag high priest.
Altar's Reap and Harvester of Souls are some cards that may help in a self-sac deck. Disciple of Griselbrand is another card that grants a sacrifice outlet, and Blood Artist allows for gain-and-pain when stuff dies.
I made a morbid deck that uses the Dawntreader Elk, Strangleroot Geist, and Young Wolf as sacrificable cards as well.

Buried Ruin for land maybe.
Since you're a mostly black deck, Crypt of Agadeem. Haunted Fengraf. Gargoyle Castle. Piranha Marsh. Quicksand or Phyrexia's Core maybe. And then there are a bunch of lands where you sacrifice it and then search for a basic land in your hand and shuffle. Can't go wrong with those.

arkon of justice lets u exile something. also avasins collar lets u get a free spirit. and bitterheart withc lets u get a curse.
If it isnt standard Recurring Nightmare and Skullclamp would be good in this deck... If it is standard Brimstone Volley and other morbid cards would help this deck. Mortarpod helps you sack everything and brings a blocker so. Hope it helps

If you're runnning green and sacrifice, you can't go wrong with a Ghoultree. For more fun, since you're running red also, throw in a few Flings. Ghoultrees + Flings = death from above. 8)
