Red/White Heroic Deck
Basically, give either "Favored Hoplite", "Phalanx Leader", and/or "Wingsteed Rider" the enchantments and 'targets'. So they keep getting powered up. (e.g. "Wingsteed Rider" + "Madcap Skills" + "Boros Charm" = a 7/4 creature with Flying and Double Strike. That's 14 damage. KABOOM!)

I run a similar deck to yours. I would put in Fabled Hero, and Coordinated Assault if you are able to because you can use that combo with phalanx leader and Fabled Hero putting 2 counters on Hero and 1 on every other creature.Here is my deck list: http://www.mtgvault.com/gordo23/decks/budget-america-human-heroics/
I was gonna use Fabled Hero but then i switched him out for Wingsteed Rider. If i use Boros Charm (gain Double Strike until end of turn) on him i can trigger heroic, but if i use it on Fabled Hero it won't because he already has Double Strike.
Just because he already has double strike does not mean you cannot target him with Boros Charm, if you would ever want to do so.
but it has to give him double strike for it to target. he already has double strike, there fore no target.
You can give double strike twice. I run a boros deck with titan strength and mad cap and i have seen a turn 4 win at least 20% of the time with the hero alone. I also just added Gift of Orzhava for the flying and it gives live link and an extra counter. Swinging for 8 flying life link turn 4 is not bad.
Also anex target gives trample

it's an amazing card and, i personally think, a must if you're doing red heroic/aggro
The meta is so fast that mad cap can be very useful. turn 2 swinging basically unblockable for 3-6 damage
I would personal rather have 4 Anax And Cymede in here. So you can hopefully have him/her/it idk out with a Phalanx leader. Use the Martial Glory on both of them. Giving all your creatures counters/pump/trample and swing in for lethal. Add the fact they are a first strike vigilance creature for 3 mana is always nice.

Deck isn't half bad. I'd ditch the rogue's passage and add 2 mutavault. you also need to play brave the elements. Elements allows for not only protection, but for you to swing in unblocked. you might also want to consider upping your creature count, i'd play soldier of the pantheon.
As much as I love Madcap Skills, and I do, it's not for this deck. I would replace the 4 with 4 Chained to the Rocks so you have better control. I would also exchange Battlewise Valor with Ethereal Armor, it's first strike and a bigger creature especially with many Chained to the Rocks on the field. I'd also replace Wingsteed Rider with Soldier of the Pantheon. I agree with switching out for the Blind Obedience that would be better. Scratch the Madcap Skills portion ^^^ I must have been thinking of another recent deck I saw that used heroic tokens. For THIS deck YES run Madcap... BUT ALSO use Chained to the Rocks. It's another MUST have in Boros.
I sideboard the Soldier. The others might be good choices though.

What about Ethereal Armor? Since you are running some enchants I guess it would run rather well..
I'd think that for a Boros Heroic deck, that you'd have some Akroan Crusader.... 1 mana 1/1 heroic for a 1/1 token!

I run humans you should play red and black humans not white and red
White gives Red the power it needs to be good though and vise versa.
Most Boros decks are mainly humans and they can really destroy. Black Red is better for Minotaurs and stuff like Rakdos
