This deck started out as a casual spells only deck that eventually turned into the state it's currently in. I would have loved to keep it in the realms of spells only, but decided to turn it into a deck that focused on "equal to the number of swamps you control" abilities. Any and all advice is welcome! I'd love to turn it into a more competitive state in either Modern or Legacy, but in order to do that I'd have to invest in some Tormogoyfs and some Overgrown Tombs, Bayous, and/or Verdant Catacombs, which I'm not opposed to, but don't currently have the budget for. My wife usually chooses to play this deck when we're playing casually and she often beats my main Delver Burn Modern deck with it, which leads me to believe it has even more untapped potential. I really want to invest in some Exploration enchantments to replace the Explore sorcery, but IDK if I want to go that route.
Essentially this deck works well when you can ramp really early with Cultivate, Harrow, Explore, Farseek, and Seek the Horizon. Then, take advantage of all those Swamps with Corrupt, Nightmare, Squelching Leeches, and Noxious Gearhulk. Slap a Nighthowler on one of those giant creatures and Become Immense for the win.
