This is a very strong deck for less than $30! It uses loads of Defensive spells/counter Spells (depending on whether you are against an aggro or control deck) to keep you comfortable while you set up an insanely large mill. -The mill-Fleeting Memories + Tamiyo's Journal + Startled AwakeMill 9 by tutoring for Startled Awake, then 13 with Startled Awake, for a total of 22.This combo can be done on turn 6, leaving them with at most 25 cards. On turn 7 you can repeat this process, then sac another clue to finish milling them out, or if you couldn't cast the combo the turns before, on turn 8 you can cast the combo and then sac a Mirrorpool and pay 3 more mana to repeat the startled awake, ensuring that by turn 8 if they haven't killed you, they run out of cards and lose.

I think instead of Fleeting Memories you should run Sphinx's Tutelage. It'll make the deck cost a little more but I think the triggers will stack up fast because all the investigating.
