Palace Guard is the focus of this deck, it can naturally block any number of creatures so when you enchant it with Ghostly Possession it can now block flyers and takes no damage from anything which will proctect it against death touch, then give it swiftfoot boots for hexproof and you have an unkillable wall. The only way to kill him is to target you specifically so to counter that Aegis of the gods give you hexproof, if you can get a pair of swiftfoot boots on his as well you're untouchable (besides shadow or unblockable creatures)Gideon Jura forces all of your opponents creatures to attack you and since you and he can't be hit, you have an absolute defense which taps all their creatures giving everything you have free reign on the battle field. Enchant Augur Il-Vec with Armored Ascension for an unblockable attacker.
