I strongly recommend dropping a dual land (maybe Razorverge Thicket?) for a Plains. This way an opponent's Path or Ghost Quarter, or your own Windswept Heath can fetch it (useful against burn). Also allows for a white source under Moon.Rain of Tears runs into the same problem as Molten Rain, the double mana requirement on turn two. It's why Stone Rain is run instead of Molten Rain in regular Ponza decks.
