Essentially - use Olivia to discard cards (buffing creatures int he process) that have Madness costs, which are typically less than the direct-casting cost and/or grant some especial benefit.In it's current incarnation, it's generally a Vampire deck - and with Olivia, creatures WILL all be Vampires, once they're summoned - with little immediate subtlety.
