I have loved the (Level Up) ability since I first saw it; I have preternaturally bad luck with being mana blocked, even if I go heavy-handed when adding sources to my decks. With Levelling creatures, I can amortize the costs across multiple turns if I have to.Proliferate, though? Interacts _wonderfully_ with Levelling creatures. Thse counters still, um, _count_. :) That's the only reason the Contagion Clasps are in the deck; I don't care so much about the -1/-1 counter, I just want to be able to pay 4, and level up EVERYTHING for one low(er) price.For the rest of it, it's a pretty straightforward white creature-focus deck.
