Deck Description

A deck, mostly for casual play, featuring the three Mythic Rare swords from Scars of Mirrodin that are still Extended legal. I then populated the deck with a great collection of creatures with 1-4 mana cost. Each one features an ability that can affect game play in one way or another. Despite the color specific nature of the swords, all three are powerful enough that I think you'll find this deck formidable when performing at it best.

Deck discussion for The Swords (casual)

Baloth is a mistake. There are better creatures instead of it. Try something like Deadbridge Goliath. Its basically just strictly better. Still, I like the deck!

I'm not really understanding the creature choices here.

To be honest, I just try to keep the amount of rares in my decks to a reasonable limit for most to build. Feel free to add D. Goliath or any other creatures of a more specific theme as desired.

BTW if one wants to try adding the other 2 swords and make a Modern legal deck, I'd love to see it. But I would limit it to 2 of each sword to not slow down the deck too much
