yes it can
multi colors are just about inpossible to play. not because they are bad but you rarely dont have the mana you need. Try living with 2 or a solid deck.
I'm not sure if the activated abilities are playable, but a pillar of the paruns or some other fixers might help. Also, what's the battle plan against turn one:icatian javelineer, turn two:kight of holy nimbus, turn three:burn or boom ur cost reducers, kill you, kill you, kill you?
how about judging whats good in a format before making a 5 color deck without land search?
This deck not's good unless your playing a slow deck with no removal. Not very many decks are like that.
