I really like the pay less for your spells mechanics returning all your opponents permanent to their hands for U making them discard their battlefield is really funny or playing mystic confluence for UU which is really convenient so I made a commander deck based on a couple of cards from the Mizzix's pre-built deck.
Play slowly, play your spell and interfere but do not demonstrate power too soon. Then when you accumulate your ''cost 1 less'' and draw a lot of cards for a really cheap cost and make your opponents regret not paying attention to you. There is a couple of way to easily win with this deck. one of the easiest one is by drawing Enter the infinite then playing Inner fire and finishing everyone else with Comet storm, but there is other ways too.
