You know good & well that if scb actually builds this deck, WE'LL end-up having to pay for it...I don't know if I'm willing to shell-out more taxes so scb can play mtg. ;)

I would cut Tinder Wall since you don't really need the ramp aspect it offers and the sac for 2 damage is n't very good either. In it's place I highly recommend you play Behind the Scenes from Shadows Over Innistrad. It basically makes all of your creatures unblockable unless you find yourself going up against another wall deck. As well I think Rolling Stones would be better then Animate Wall. This would prevent you from getting 2 for 1'd and effects all walls.
While youre at it, make it modern viable.
Why? I wouldn't do that. A modern version of this would just loose all day long against any well built modern deck. I see this as a casual kitchen table build.

I have a deck similar to this, but without defenders. My deck has been very effective against opponents, about 50/50. I mean turn 2 i can attack you for 4 combat damage and turn 3 with the right cards have been interesting. Check my Abzan Assault Defenders deck it does work. If you have money Doran, the Tower Siege can help for a third option to make your defenders attack. Also it is modern legal and cheaper!

I'd suggest replacing animate Wall with Rolling Stones, or at least adding it to your sideboard. It's still a white card and for one extra colorless mana, you can allow ALL of your walls to attack as long as the enchantment is out. Plus, it's modern legal if you're trying to figure out a way to make a modern deck.Still, a very unique and interesting deck!
But Animate wall has a Mexican building a wall.

Trump, Tyrant of the Wall, I mean Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs, to make people pay to come across the wall(s) or punish them if they don't. I like Wall of Hope, and would add in things like Wall of Souls, Souls of the Faultless, Wall of Essence, Perimeter Captain, Pride Guardian, to punish them even more for climbing over the wall(s). Add in some extra life gain like Wall of Reverence too. Lastly, Trump, I mean Kazuul, wouldn't win by going over to their side of the wall. Just stay at home and stockpile all your money, I mean mana/life and win with Helix Pinnacle, Felidar Sovereign, Celestial Convergence, Mayael's Aria, Test of Endurance, Azor's Elocutors (for extra political/bureaucracy flavor), or maybe even Maze's End (gates as part of the wall flavor). Or go more artifact wall focused and win with Hellkite Tyrant (more tyrant flavor).
I am a big fan of Helix Pinnacle as well as Azor's Elocutors. But, I think that OP needs to have an Illusionary wall. its a high-flyer that does decent damage. However, its cumulative upkeep cost is annoying.

Why not use overgrown battlement or axebane guardian over the wall of roots? they generate a lot more mana

The city of ass isn't legacy legal. I had to learn this when i built a legacy deck that used mox lotus. It is from a joke set, so if you want this to be a casual deck then by all means keep it in.

Am I the only one who noticed the City of Ass in the decklist? I mean, if it's there on purpose, color me impressed. Also, not a wall, but perhaps Karn, Silver Golem, as a way to dish some damage if you're having troubles getting your stuff to turn offensive?
