Baral is legendary, and you only have 3 counterspells, so wouldn't it make more sense to have 4 Goblin, 3 Baral?

Baral still has the passive ability Electromancer doesn’t have and you rarely get more than one coupon creature on the field at any given time during gameplay. So you’re better off having Baral more often. He also has higher toughness so is harder to kill. The legendary rule has never come up in a game.
