I wanted to make a deck that utilizes thermo-alchemist, so this deck has lots of really cheap spells that you string one after the other. Because they're so cheap, it can afford to have fewer lands than usual. Dynavolt tower provides a secondary wincon. I always work under a thirty dollar budget, but this still has some room.
