When i first saw this i thought: Oh this wont work. Then i looked at some of the spells and just thought "Ohhh nooo..." as i was grinning, feeling sorry for anyone who goes up against this. ;D

Not sure Mesmeric Orb is as good as it seems. I'd probably push you towards Isochron Scepter if you're looking for an artifact slot, especially since it mixes so well with Silence!Also, no Visions of Beyond? Other than that, this seems relatively solid. Might want to invest in some Snapcaster Mage's for this though!
