Spanish Inquisition is a deck that should have a nice how to play summary in it deck description. There is a nice one on gatheringmagic.com by Jeff Hoogland which is only about 2 cards different from your list. Check it out as it is a nice primer on a deck which I haven't seen around in a long time.

Oh I know Hoogland has been on it for a while now, when it comes to legacy he just wants to goldfish as fast as possible. I think the difference is he runs Gitaxian Probes if I'm right. But also the decks I tend to post on here I expect to be viewed by the competitive community as it's what I play, so I just think people know what it does or can figure out the idea of how it runs on there own.
