As with all my decks, I took a stupid idea and ran with it. It's a joke, nobody get upset.Keeping it budget under $20 was pretty easy with this, once I decided not to put in Phyrexian Metamorphs or Phantasmal Images or any of the really efficient copies.I almost splashed black for Evil Twin.
