Deck Description

This is actually a deck my waifu plays with in real life. She really likes nature and all sorts of living things. Sorry the deck isn't really competitive, but these were the cards she chose to play with, I only added some quality lands. Overall this is a pretty nice casual Selesnya tokens/beatdown with an alright budget for my standards. I hope you like the deck as my waifu really enjoys playing it casually at my local game store. Thanks for checking this out, have a wonderful day.

So yeah, dedicated to my waifu, love you!

Deck discussion for Waifu's Adorable Tokens

It is refreshing to see some one on the vault who can make a fun deck that still is competitive, and doesn't make your opponent feel like the worst thing in tho world. So continue the great work, Enlightened One!

Well, what could possibly be more fun than beating your opponent down w/ adorable creatures...? (Image that just popped unbidden into my mind: When Fluffy Bunnies Attack.) Greetings to your waifu.

I'm guessing the Pegasus is this decks *mascot*, because your wife is fond of those graceful flying horses? He is the only part that could use a power boost...but the only card with a more powerfull effect is vryn wingmare...and that doesn't really fit the deck. So I guess sungrace is the best choice :D

How about Gift of Immortality on the Voice of Resurgence for extra fun?

Synergy w/ Doomed Traveler, too; & Trostani, especially if enchanting something like Wayfaring Temple. But that's more likely an idea for someone else's deck, as this one seems fine w/o it.

Pretty fun deck, and definitely not bad. A few things your waifu may want to consider..

I'd drop the sungrace pegasus and horizon canopy for 2 parallel lives

I think this deck could also use some cards that create larger tokens to populate such as Armada Wurm and Grove of the Guardian.

Hate to advertise, but if you get a chance I'd appreciate your input on my new exalted deck.

Waifu typically refers to a relationship someone has with a fictional character. It has a very specific connotation, much removed from being just a synonym for wife.

That aside, nice deck. You're missing a few no-brainer staples like Path to Exile, Advent of the Wurm, and Sundering Growth. Other than that, looks fairly solid.

I know exactly what waifu means. I do appreciate your suggestions to the deck, but I just want to clarify that I was not in charge of making this deck. If I were to make a selesnya beatdown/tokens deck there would be many changes. This is simply just a casual deck. Thank you for the input however, and have a wonderful day.

Waifu as a reference to a fictional character is fan-derived slang. The actual definition of waifu is wife.

I personally wouldn't play Courser's Accord, the cost is way too high and the benefits too low. Spawnwrithe might be a good substitute as is basically populates itself every time you deal damage with it and it's relatively inexpensive. Parallel lives would also be a great addition if you want to pump out tokens. I would also consider throwing Bestial Menace into the mix. Four Voice of Resurgence's might be excessive as you can only have one out at a time. Overall it seems pretty good though, nice job.

Voice isn't legendary. It's just so good it seems like it.
