Basically the goal is to mill them out by casting Startled Awake as many times as you can. Use As Foretold and Brain in a Jar to cast spells for free. Use on your opponents turn if possible.Use Torrential Gearhulk to quickly cast spells from your graveyard, and if you have one on the field, use Essence Flux to flash it and get another free spell!Otherwise, just counter what you don't like, and bounce the rest.
