Counter EVERYTHING. Doesn't matter who, what, when, where, or how, just counter it. Use As Foretold to get lots of free spells, and Baral, Anticipate, and Glimmer to keep your hand full. Then counter everything until you can drop a rise from the tides to win

Lands is a tough decision, I guess it could use some play testing to figure out how many is good, but in a mono-colored deck, I run 22 because you don't have to worry about mana-fixing, thus you need to draw fewer lands.
