The angel is the dread return target. She gets back the lab man and the researcher
I made this deck after my friend said legacy cant be budget. So i tried to make one for under 100. Made the nom budget version if you like to check it out
I will do some tweaks and post a non budget version. I hate holding back as much as i am
I do agree with the draw though. And the mana base needs help.
Misstep is banned, and this is super budget
Every time you equip shuko to cephalid illusionist you mill. So if you have two creatures you equip back and forth until your library is in your graveyard. From there you should get some narcomoebas in play from there mill trigger. Then you sacrofice them to dread return to reanimate angel of glory rise. That will get back lab man and the hapless researcher. Finally you sacrofice the researcher to draw a card while your deck is empty winning you the game.
