Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Mill your opponents out with spells and by taking advantage of Phenax's ability by milling with large creatures.
Cast mill spells to deplete your opponents library and pick through their deck to exile cards you are unhappy your opponent is using.

Even on a budget you can probably improve the land base pretty easily. Sunken Hollow, Drowned Catacomb, Underground River, and Darkwater Catacombs are all under five dollars, and they aren't tempo hits like Terramorphic Expanse, Evolving Wilds, and Dimir Guildgate. Get more draw. You'll run out of gas to fast like this. Phyrexian Arena is a good start, so is Brainstorm. After that I'd go probably Recurring Insight, Rhystic Study, and maybe Mystic Remora. Rise of the Dark Realms can be an alt win-con.
