Wanted to make a good control deck with gruul colors, and figured temur was the way to go. Riku is probably the best commander for control, since he can copy anything, also makes for some really fun games.
Ramp in the early game, then just play riku and continually pass on your turn unless you need to control the board or counter stuff. Then in the late game finish with some bomb spells.

Sideboard includes commander and maybe-board. Let me know if you have any tips on stuff to change, everything is super tentative, but I do believe this is a really good list for a controlly spells deck. Has everything to deal with most common EDH decks.
