The objective of this deck is to fish out the combination of Captain Sisay, and Elvish Piper by the use of Congregation at Dawn. Once both are in play, simply tap Captain Sisay to acquire which ever legendary that would be most beneficial for the situation at hand, and use Elvish Piper's ability to pit that legendary onto the battlefield. Then Birds of Paradise, and Bloom Tender are fantastic filler cards to increase the speed of the deck. Another great combination to try, and achieve is Akroma, and Odric, Lunarch Marshal. It's ridiculously over powered.
