Auto include Mikaeus the Unhallowed and Triskelion or walking balista and necrotic ooze in your deck.Viscera Seer is a good sacrifice outlet to scry and plus its cheap. Birthing pod should be an auto-include too.Fauna shaman/Survival of the fittest is good way to discard big creature from your hand and fetch for another one and reanimate them.Entomb/reanimate combo is a good way T1 or T2 a badass creature like It that betrays.Change your diabolic tutor for a demonic tutor ( The revised edition is cheaper)I play my deck with a lot of elfs/mana dorks fast and fun.if you want to check my deck have fun ( the sideboard is for eventually when I gonna have the budget for)http://www.mtgvault.com/incestarium/decks/matante-meren/

mikaeus is a sweet card but carries a hefty price tag with him as well!I like the ooze guy might find room for himwe play a casual game so I try to stay away from combos that are too fast, if I try a more competitive route maybe ill up the power of herI also have a modern elves deck so try to keep my decks somewhat separate from one another so I am not playing with the same cards in multiple decks, its easy esp with EDH to have auto includes in certain colors and I have done well not to repeat cards in my decks with the exception of ramp cardsnice deck you have but its also $300 more then mine as wellthanks for the first comment ill check out some of your decks to see if I can help
Yeah I put a lot of money in Meren, I bought her with pre-con at the release of Commander 2015 and over the years I invest a lot in her.I was in a casual playgroup and then we deicide to play in a local store for the ''casual'' Wednesday Commander night. And we saw that everyone was playing competitive decks(T4 or T5 and the game was done and sometimes T2). So I take the decision to go semi-casual semi-competitive to have fun with my kitchen table playgroup and able to play against competitive players and do something in the game. The only time I use the mike/trike combo it when the game is T10 or more or when it comes personal xD
I understand that I use aetherflux reservoir in Trostani EDH deck as a kinda dont piss me off card or ill end your game card, its always fun to pop it right before someone else is about to win the game
I have not touched this deck since buying it and upgrading it slightly. I changed the theme to a sac, ping, draw card engine. I have ways to get most things out of the graveyard, control the board with sac outlets, and should be able to draw a ton of cards in the process. Also have more PW's then most Meren decks have because who doesn't like PW, and most of them can end the game in their own right.
