Commander is Omnath Locus of Mana. The deck is built around using elves and other cards to mana ramp. You can either wreck face with Omanth or other massive creatures in the deck. There are also a few buff instants and removals, as well as some protection for Omnath. I haven't tested this deck too much, as I don't own it. I made an Omnath commander deck with cards lying around, it's here: http://www.mtgvault.com/zapandy1/decks/omnath-personal/This version is a much more expensive, but also way more powerful. I don't have too much experience with commander, any tips are appreciated.
Very simple strategy. Play Omnath as early as possible. Use the elves to get as much mana as possible into your mana pool. Then there are two options:1. Give Omnath trample/unblockableStore a bunch of mana in your mana pool to make him huge.Swing for commander damage.2. Mana usually isn't a problem with this deck, as it stores, and there are so many cards that help give extra mana.Toss down some of the other big cards in the deck, and use them to stomp your opponent. Side notes:Protection for Omnath is very important, as when he dies all your mana will empty from your mana pool. Omnath is not necessary to win, as there are many other big cards. However, it is usually best to utilize him as much as possible. Being green, there are not many control cards, so use the control you have wisely.
