Baral, Chief of Compliance is the leader and inspiration of the deck. Seeing how he could create the synergy between countering and drawing without needing to care AND reducing the cost of said counters it was love at first sight. Add in a lot of draw for reliability and a dab of wizard tribal for yet more control, and you have a deck that is at worst a huge nuisance and at worst a domineering force that will crush an opponents will to live. Major flaw? Don't fight multiple opponents.
Like all counter decks this one is playing on the opponents turn. Always keep enough mana for at least one counter in your hand and if the opponent doesn't play something play a draw card or one of the flash monsters. If anyone has suggestions please, feel free to comment especially if you know any lands I can add. They are not exactly my forte.
