one of my favorite decks to play out of my collection. seems a little rag-tag by only having 1 of most of the artifacts in it (hence the name "toy box"), but somehow this deck always gives me what i need. being so combo-heavy, it puts the opponent to some hard choices when it comes to destroying anything, and it can usually still get by with a card or two being taken out each turn. unfortunately, all those combos means extra long and ridiculously complicated turns, but well worth the effort!
really heavy combo-based deck... the best strategy is to get out what mana and cheap artifacts you can as fast as possible, make copies of everything you can with the mirrorworks, sac those with the forgemasters, etc. it just builds and builds and builds!fun combos i've pulled off:using the master transmuter, bounce the filigree angel and platinum emperion in and out of play to gain massive life and then lock in the total for really cheap."spine juggling" - same as above but with the pair of spine of ish sah (or copies thereof)voltaic key / clock of omens + chalice of life = REALLY fast life gain and even faster life loss for your opponent!weaknesses - i've found that really fast and/or creature-heavy decks (RDW's especially) sometimes put this one on the ropes early on, making the life gain less of a utility for the chalices and more of a necessity. heavy artifact destruction or exile-heavy decks make it difficult to develop, but not impossible.
