Deck discussion for mill deck

first thing, ax the defenders, you don't need them, mills is basically aggro targething something other than life
get 4 Jace, memory adepts
add 4 thought scour
drop retreival add dream twist
drop dampen though add 2 mind funerals
drop 4 islands add 4 drowned catacombs (or other B/U double lands)

that should speed the deck up nicely

well thought scour isn't pricey, both are commons, and you could use dimir aqueduct, or tainted isle to splash the black if mind funeral isn't out of your price range
instead of the jaces then you could use nemisis of reason (also splashing black) he mills ten when he attacks, or haunting echoes to help finish them if traumatize->> mind funeral doesnt

Considering your mana curve, you can probably justify not havin 24 lands. You should be able to shave it down to 22 easily, then moving in some counter/control to help keep yourself alive. Alternatively, adding more draw would help fuel your Erasures, so consider that, too.

My biggest concern is that you are relying on Walls to absorb your incoming threats. While potentially effective, you might consider splashing black for some basic crowd control, or, again, looking towards counter to help keep things off of you so that you can develop your strat.

If Standard or Modern isn't your goal and you're just going casual, look towards Brain Freeze to help things along.

Should you get a chance, please comment on my Black Hole deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=345027). Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
