It's hard to remove all the threats when I overrun you with twenty 20/21 on turn two :) When I first played this deck, turn one went like this:Turn 1: Tree of Tales, Glimpse of Nature, Kobold, draw a card, kobold, draw a card, memnite, draw a card, ornithopter, draw a card, ornithopter, draw a card, kobold, draw a card, kobold, draw a card, shield sphere, draw a card, phyrexian walker, draw a card, frogmite, draw a card, kobold, draw a card, kobold, draw a card, kobold, draw a card, memnite, draw a card, ornithopter, draw a card, frogmite, draw a cardthis repeats until I had 20 creatures on the fieldTurn 2: Gaea's Cradle, beastmaster Ascension, beastmaster Ascension, beastmaster Ascension, beastmaster Ascension, Attack with everything that can attackBoth opponents dead :)

Going through and redoing this deck for the cards that have been released lately. I keep going back and forth on adding your ideas to the deck, but the only one I truly feel works with all the synergies is the Terra Eternal. We'll see if I can add in any of the other cards as well
Bolas is in the 99 because when you proxy the deck, this website doesn't proxy up cards in the command zone :P But thanks for pointing out the error on the towers
I like where you're going with that :)
If the land doesn't offer all five colors, then they're focusing on naya colors.
Thanks for that. I've had several people look it over and no one brought that little detail up to me lol. It just takes away one win-con then
I would recommend some card draw because you're not as aggresive as Burn but if they stall long enough you'll end up empty handed and that is a good scenario you'll lose to. Might I recommend Harmonize or Momentous Fall? or Garruk, primal Hunter. The last two options can draw insane amounts of cards with your deck. And garruk can always make some beasties to press your attack with
I had a slightly tragic realization this weekend. Mirror Sheen isn't worth its spot in the deck, most of the time spells in the deck don't actually target you - they just say take an extra turn. It has been replaced by Dack Fayden for now
Nexus was added the night I got my box :) banefire has not but I will look into it as a potential win-con :)
I considered the Maniac win, but ultimately I felt like it was a fragile strategy with all the potential creature removal in such an open format. Twincasting multiple copies of Bribery is a much more consistent win :)
I also just updated my deck list because I found two older turn spells (Capture of Jingzhou and Temporal manipulation) that are not only cheaper than newer spells, but also don't exile themselves which makes them much more valued in the deck that wants to recycle its graveyard. They did take the price up, but damn they're worth it
While I have killed with Thassa before, The several of my last few games have simply relied on Chandra's emblem for the big ending. Jace TMS's ultimate is also a game ender against multiple opponents once you get Rowan's emblem or two :) Actually, last night I fought through a turn 6 Omniscience/Sunbird's Invocation combo. That was utterly nuts but Bribery is also a tremendous game ender. I stole his Progenitus and used it to end the game. The night before, I twincast bribery to get a Darksteel Colossus and a Clone :)
How's your version performing? I haven't had any major blow outs using mine. Enough control keeps annoying commanders off the field until I'm ready to start taking untold turns :)
Update 2.0
I would love some input on this deck.
Use Cogwork Assembler and Mirage Mirror to make copies of Powerstone Shards until you have enough shards to keep the loop going, producing infinite mana, then use Cogwork's ability to make infinite copies of itself that all have haste - then kill your opponent(s).
That's the beauty of Elder Mastery. It does not specify *combat* damage. His own ability deals the damage and triggers mastery. :)
An enchantment you might want to consider is Elder Mastery. Enchanting Nekusar, every time your opponent draws a card, he deals a damage to them and then they have to discard two cards. You could cut back on counterspells if they can't keep cards in their hand :)
The creatures with cycle are actually very nice for reanimation. Between the minister and strategic planning milling me, and cycling creatures with these abilities, I'm hitting the combo fairly well. My only issue with fatal push is one-for-one in the early game is not quite enough to stop aggro builds, I'd rather drop cheap creatures to block with that I can revive later with upside. Oketra's Last Mercy is the best way for me to deal with aggro because I don't need my lands to untap once GPG is on the field
There will be 23, Inspiring Vantage is the new boros dual land
