I'll suggest you cut blue from the deck and put some destroy target creature or burn instead. Demons like Bloodgift Demon, Hellcarver Demon, Ob NIxilis, the Fallen and Reaper from the Abyss are good and you might even want to summon them heartlessly. You dont need 4 of every demon, cut them and you'll get room for other demons.
Do you really need cruel ultimatum or willl-o'-the-wisp? When you have lots of different demons in your deck you can search demon you need at the moment with Blood Speaker or even with somekind of tutor.

I would suggest Knight of meadowgrain, because it is better than white Knight. But overally i like the deck.

I would run 4 mana leaks over 4 cancels. And I think 29 lands is too much 26 is enough. I also would play into the roils instead of vapor snags or unsummon.

The deck is similar to mine that im going to get soon. Maybe adding some brightheart banneret to lower cost of your warriors or some one cmc guys like tattermunge maniac, goblin gaveleer or skarrgan pit-skulk. You could also add lightning bolt. I like the doublestrike/ colossal might combo.
