This is a deck that is working around the the commander River Song and her unique ability of drawing cards from the bottom of your library. So I loaded this deck with "scry" effects that help me dig more than two cards deep to rig my draws the best cards possible.I also built around her second mechanic through the inclusion of a very interesting combo using Clout of the Dominus and Astrologian's Planisphere making River Song nearly untouchable.There are other interesting combos in the deck to add to potential chaos this deck can bring.
