This is a deck idea based on the idea shared by MEPHISTO666 using Vren, the Relentless as the commander.While keeping with my reasonable budget challenge, I wanted to make sure that Vren's ability on everyone's turn. Key cards in this deck are Archfiend of Depravity and Butcher of Malakir which drive home the sacrifice mechanic. Ogre Slumlord with Twisted Sewer-Witch can turn all your rats into dangerous time-bombs when combined with a sac outlet.Of course stalling tactics and graveyard recursion are a must especially seeing as there only a couple of counterspells in the deck.Feel free to comment and give suggestions, but remember my decks are all about being cheap and fun.
