Pretty simple.. Play Merfolk and stomp... This deck has really worked for me and its a lot of fun to play!
The banneret for reduce cost... combo that with Reejerey to untap lands. Use counter to stall out the game and beat down with big Merfolk. Activate the mutavault with a few lords out and you got yourself a nice big land to swing with as well... I often win tapping my opponents creatures with cryptic command then going for the all out kill.
