I like it, Propaganda is so awesome. I seen someone play Propaganda with a Winter Orb out. Needless to say, that game went on for about another hour.

The Megrim would be a nice addition, but it's too much to worry about. Most the people I already play with hate this deck. Glimpse of the Unthinkable is like 15 bucks, so no thanks. I might through in Wheel and Deal in place of Compulsive Research though.
Took out a lot of the banned in standard cards and more useless cards, but I can't find a suitable replacement for Souls of the Faultless and Mourning Thrull. I would use Nip Gwyllion, but the whole point of the Mourning Thrull is that it flies. Nip would get owned right away.
I like it.
I'd take out at least two Ashlings for a cheaper creature or destroy card, terror or soul reap. Corrupt is too expensive to full off in most games so take that down to at least 2. Deck is too slow.
Wolf Skull Shaman much? Eyeblights Ending could easily be replaced by terror or soul reap. Too many high cost cards in here.
Don't need mana excel.
The fae needs no black! >.< Oona's in the sideboard because it's a very late game card and my deck is too fast to use it most times.
most elf decks don't need mana excel.
You need 4 of: Timber Protector, Leaf-Crowned Elder, Unstoppable Ash. At least 3 of Doran Since their is White you should add: 4 Indomitable Ancients, and some prison terms or something of that nature. Take out: Weatherseed Totem, Rootgrapple, Epic Proportions, Guardian of Cloverdell. Having 1 of anything is pointless, you have such a small chance of drawing into it. Even with Harbingers it's still a pain.
I played a deck like this the other day. two headed giant This deck and a white stall deck vs. My elf deck and a merfolk deck. we got owned.
first problem, you have too many different cards. most cards you have a 1/61 chance of drawing the card. and there really is no exact focus to this deck. get 4 of the cards you really need. and drop some of the pointless ones.
I know a few Zombie decks that will tear this apart. Good deck though.
no plains? have fun trying to whip them cards out, lol.
You can check out my elvish deck I made: http://mtgvault.com/viewdeck.php?did=12090
As I've learned, the more variety of cards you have in your deck, the less chances you have of drawing them. Then your opponents will laugh at you as they stomp over your deck. Try getting 4, if not at least 3 of every card that you think should be in here. Take out the Changlings and some of the less prominent elves. Throw in a few imperious perfects, Rhys the Redeemed is also a fun card. When it comes to elves I'm pretty partial to swarms so I would put in a bunch of Promenades.
I'm jealous.
Midnight Banshee would go nice with the Kulrath Knight, but I'm sure you knew that.
"Radiated Boomerang" rofl! Awesome.
Promenade to swarm the opposition. =D
