I saw the Persistent Petitioners, and said to myself 'You don't need an infinite number of these in your deck, there are so many nice advisors already!' So I decided to make a deck based around advisors. And then I had to limit it, because it could turn into a five color deck way too easily (so there's no Gaddock Teeg for example), and there's still a lot I didn't put in (like Azor's Elecutors).
Just play cards and watch your opponents get more and more frustrated. Michiko and Kambal frustrate burn decks, Tesya, Isperia, and Consul of the Authorties frustrate stompy, Michiko and the Edifice frustrate non stompy creature based damage, Tomik frustrates both land destruction and certain types of mana ramp decks (no extraplanar lens or vesuvas for you!), and Grand Arbiter just frustrates everyone. Ping them to death with Agent of Masks, or let Karlov get big and make him worse with Unquestioned Authority. If you want counterspells, the sideboard has some that fits the theme, so far most of my opponents have just scooped.
