The Celts were a major tribe of Indo-European descent, and their past is shrouded in mystery. Probably one of the most culturally advanced tribes of their time, they came to settle most of modern-day Europe and the British Isles. By the late Iron Age, the Celts had split into many different families, from the Gaels of Gaul to the Picti and Britons of Alba and Eire. Regardless of this, one thing was certain: they were the road block to Roman progress. The Gaelic people and their many splintered factions were the only thing standing in Caesar's conquest of western Europe. Only a name at first, whispered with unabashed hope by the tribes, soon rose to a deafening roar. Vercingetorix. Since Magic doesn't exactly print up cards based in OUR slice of the multiverse, the choices aren't exact, but in essence fit. If you have suggestions, I'll be happy to take them into account.
