The inspiration for the deck came from using Cauldron Familiar and Hogaak after they were banned. I wanted to build a casual deck to see if these cards are as ban worthy as they seem. Turns out; they are.
There's only 1 Hogaak, because that's all I need. Hogaak was the nail in the coffin so to speak, coming in after a long fought battle of incremental losses for my opponent from the pestering of Cauldron Familiar and Eye Collector. Tempting Witch also gives an out in a really long game of attrition. Slowly but surely wearing my opponents life total and creatures down until there's nothing left.
