So obviously I like control decks. This one's pretty special. Like I said in the description, youre gonna lock down your opponents creatures with Waterknots and Pacifys, exile their problematic planeswalkers, artifacts, and enchantments woth Banishing Light, then you're normally going to win with an All that Glitters on an Arcanist's Owl.
