What can make infect even MORE ridiculous? Mana Ramp!! I wanted to make just one deck that all my friends would completely hate me for in casual. This is that deck and it makes me public enemy number one in multi-player. Combination of mana ramp and heavy infect and black creatures.
Assuming you don't have a phyrexian crusader and a dark ritual in your hand right away you will generally have at least a plague stinger. Use dark ritual for early mana ramp until you can summon a Crypt Ghast. If you can't find one then lucky for you there are two fleshwrithers! Use the fleshwrithers to trans-figure into either phyrexian obliterator or a crypt ghast if you don't have one out. Lashwrithe and Strata scythe can easily give you the pumps that you need to make even a plague stinger into a one shot killer. Any creature that isn't infect can either be enchanted with phyresis or snake cult initiation to deal massive poison counters quickly. Phyrexian Crusader+Sword of Body and Mind makes for a devastating and difficult to kill creature as it is protected from every color but black(which has a difficult time dealing with its own color in the first place). If anything scary comes up on their side, a touch of glistening oil and it won't be a problem for long. If you are going up against a deck where you can't really get past their creatures, all it takes is one early game poison counter and contagion engine can proliferate the rest. Oh and one last thing...if Liliana AND a crypt ghast show up....All hell breaks loose ;)
